Selfish

Hello Reader,

What does selfishness mean to you? Is it about thinking about “me and myself”? Is it the decisions we make without thinking about how our action affects others? Or is it all about not caring about anyone else? Or is it more about self-love?

If I had to define selfishness, I'd say it's being more focused on yourself without harming the lives of others. I'm not sure why some people assume it so much negative. Selfishness doesn't always have to be a bad thing.

You want to be the good kind of selfish, the kind that allows you to be the captain of your own ship. The kind of selfishness that helps you to recognize your own worth. If you don't feel in control of your life right now, it's likely that you aren't being selfish enough. Being selfish gives you time to do the things you love. I love coding, writing and eating momos. These are the three selfish interests I refuse to give up, irrespective of what comes my way. I refuse to compromise on these things because they made me happy. I deserve to be happy.

In case no one has ever told you, you deserve to be happy too.😅

Being selfish helps you to set aside time to prioritize yourself and raise your happiness levels by engaging in things that you enjoy on a regular basis. You can also hold yourself to a greater standard of accountability if you are selfish. It frees you up to take significant steps toward some of your goals when you are accountable for your actions, ideas, and feelings. You can start to think about your future and fixing the problems you've had in the past.

Being self-centered allows you to figure out what is most important to you. You can find out what values you hold. Selfishness encourages you to understand why you are important. You are important. You are priceless. You must know that. Self-worth is essential since it shows you how you feel about yourself. After all, being selfish isn't such a horrible thing.

Being selfish isn’t such a bad thing at all.

After all, you need to be your priority.

I had been reading about "Is being selfish okay ? " So, thought to share some with you. What do you think about being self-centric? Is it really good? Do share me your thoughts.

Have a babbal week!!

Regards,

Basanta.

Hello Reader, Umm, this week also I am not writing anything about technical stuff. I have been doing a bunch of things sitting in front of my laptop. I actually love what I am learning and doing in the technical field, may it be web development, video editing, graphics designing or anything. It makes me feel happy and accomplished. I enjoy my work a lot. I kind of feel productive while I write a code. I love solving problems using technology. Indeed I am in love with whatever I am doing right...

Hello Reader, I found it amazing that many people on this planet quit their well-paying job to fulfil their fantasy of travelling alone. I found it crazy. Why would someone leave their job just to move from one place to another? Will they make money or do they just handle their expenses with their savings? And how long will that saving cover those expenses? And now next question is, who doesn’t love travelling? Who doesn’t like capturing the moment? Who doesn’t love exploring new places? Who...

Hi Reader, This week I want to share my learning from 12 rules to learn to code by Dr. Angela Yu. 1.
